The Red Brick Pizza Oven was one of our first MOCs inspired by and using an existing kit. I'm fairly certain that three City Corners went into our pizzeria. The ground floor is home to Bill's Bike Repair shop and the Brick's carry out counter. Upstairs there is the main dinning room and the all important kitchen. At one point there were plans to expand to a third floor but those are on hold for the moment.
About this creation
Here you can see the Brick in it's current location in Godwins Hollow.
The Brick sits next to The Lovey Cakes Bakery and what will soon be Fuller's Ice Creamery - all at the end of Godwins Hollow's Main Street West.
While the exterior renovation is complete the inside work is still underway. As you can see from the ground floor shot that the tile work for the floor has still not gone in. This area serves as the primary hub for the Brick's delivery crews as well as a small table for two in the corner.
Upstairs is the main dinning room - also in need of tiling.
The kitchen is state of the art - featuring two brick fired ovens, commercial stove top and grill, as well as plenty of prep area.
Back downstairs you can visit Bill's Bike Shop. If it's got wheels but no motor then Bill's is the place to go for repairs - literally the only place in town so business isn't bad. On top of the occasional walk-in Bill also services the Brick's bike fleet.
As you can see all the work is done on the premises. No outsourcing here!
