Some photos showing off that I keep most of my MOCs assembled and that they're all simultaneously together.
About this creation
For now, here's two group shots of my two MOC groups. The good guys and the bad guys basically. I still haven't come up with suitable names for both groups that I'm totally satisfied with, so for now its The insurgence of darkness, and the Defenders of Virtue. Lame I know, but if anyone can come up with anything better go for it.
The personnel list is as followed. Insurgence
Blue-Aquailia and Shui Long
Green-Midor and sky speeder
Black-Gravix and the Mechus-CT
If I assemble more group pictures of my other MOCs then I will post them here as well.
Here's a video that's got all these plus some other MOCs not featured. A few of the MOCs in this have been disassembled.
Quoting Yuri Fassio
It's been a long time since my last giant... I wish I had more time, you make me want to build another :)
I know how you feel Yuri, I've done two scrap monster colossi after the three here. http://3rdeye88.deviantart.com/gallery/12059183?offset=24#/d2sbj65 this is the first one, and http://3rdeye88.deviantart.com/gallery/12059183#/d3f2p1q here's the second one. But they were just half-hearted contest entries. I don't quite have the necessary parts to do something else, not with out scrapping one of the big guys I've got and I don't do that(obviously). So I'm just going to have to wait until I can buy the parts on bricklink to do another colossi. But I do know I want to do a colossi rahi of some kind. I'm leaning towards an Elephant. :)
Thanks for the comment Yuri. :D
Again, as I've Comm'ed already; I'm a big fan of Mototaur, but these other MOCs are very fine creations, too - don't want to detract from clear quality. But a Geek's allowed to have favorites. And I like the giant MOCs in your collection, working on this one, http://www.mocpages.com/image_zoom.php?mocid=290486&id=/user_images/72031/1318020604m
...and fully aware of the challenges building on that scale can present. Cheers!
