There are some nice details, great work!

Excellent work. I notice some building techniques which I have never seen, like the corner facade of the second floor. I especially like the roof, it's awesome! Maybe 2 tips if I may: try changing colours to sand-green and dark-red? Also maybe create a pavement with some pedestrians and some more details on the first floor, like lamps, signs, plants etc to give the building a liveable function.

Looks great, don't think ive seen any 'beau arts' styled MOC buildings before. I am also impressed with the roof cornering. Is there an interior?
