Lockridge Estates is an affluent neighborhood on the edges of Lockridge Plantation. The residents value their privacy so this rare glimpse into the neighborhood has been a real treat.
About this creation
Starting on the south-western end of the street we see two classic Victorians designed by famous architect Brian Lyles.
On the east side of the street we a more eclectic group of homes modeled after some well known Creator sets.
Back to the west side of the street we see another Lyles Victorian, a classic modular, and the famous Lyles 'Dark Tan' home.
Swinging back across the street we see the yellow "Beach House" at the send of the street. Obviously, the original design has been expanded upon to fall more in line with the architectural style of the neighborhood.
The next home in the neighborhood is known as the "Apple Tree House" for the small apple tree in the back yard - a favorite hangout for the kids on the street.
Here we can see one of the hard working folks in the neighborhood coming home after work. At the moment the neighborhood association is raising fund to resurface the parking lot so its a little bumpy in there right now.
Here we can see the backs of the homes on the east side of the street.
On the corner we have one of the more modern additions to the street. Believe it or not this is a manufactured home based on the "Creator" series. To fit into the neighborhood there have been significant improvements made upon the original design but if you look closely enough you can find some similarities.
