He works for Quic Chic deliverie, everyday he does 5 or 6 deliveries then he goes to Roy's Cafe for lunch you need to go find him and tell him about the mission and bring him here.

Shifty: I know you're Henry Byrd, I'm Sam Cantor, call me Shifty. I need you to come with me, don't worry I'll take care of your boss. I also know your a great marksman, it'll come to good use, are you ready for hardcore combat?
Henry Byrd: Hell yeah, oh and call me Snipe
