The Argus-class fleet carriers were the primary capital ship of the United Earth Forces after the First Interstellar War and became the template for subsequent fleet carrier designs. UES Galatea, the last surviving Argus hull from the initial order, and UES Princeton, a legendary veteran of the Third Interstellar War, are part of the collection at the Unified Naval Museum at Southern Cross Naval Complex.
The design is heavily inspired by my Intrepid-class supercarrier, which is in turn inspired by the UNSC Spirit of Fire.
