Well please note that this is a rather old build. I have made a much, much better tank that I will post soon. Also, this was based off of the panzer III/IV tank (only blueprints were made), which is actually a medium tank, not a light. But the reason for it being small and 'light' is like you said, lack of parts is to blame. As for Digital Designer, I made a very detailed Tiger E series tank, however I cannot buy it due to the recent decision by LDD that does not allow you to buy your design. But I have bought more parts online to make better tanks. Sorry for if this was a bit long...
