MIT R4 Zac. Vs legofreak 2444
They call that a sport? :Think far off into the future and give us your take on what the national past time may be in the next century or so!
About this creation
MIT 2011
Legofreak 2444

In 2113 A stable method of crating a ion repelling hover field.
But due to needing the entire ground to be coated in a blue tar like substance that quickly wore of it were touched.
So impractical for war vehicles or general transport it was quickly taken by the Sports League and turned into a addictive, highly competitive game called hover boardin'.
These took place in a massive stadium called a hover'ring.
But soon these highly competitive games turned into gamblers heavens and lead to all of the worlds larger multi-national companies getting boards and sponsoring them.
And soon all respectable companies had to have a team of boarders.

The Hover'ring

Of course amongst the seasoned professional company boarders, were Considerably worse Amateurs

Some even played havoc to the course!(I have to apologise for this photo, but it was fine on my computer and fine on my camera so I have to think that it's been distorted by Mocpages)

But you can always tell who are the professionals!

And for those who crash, there is always a nearby engineer and medic.

And this is a very popular game!

Thousands turn up to see them.

And each 'Ring has its own mascot.

Pah!Novices!

And all the companies that enter get lots of space to advertise!

The mechanics live's are always energetic.

And due to the extinction of pigs and cows, hot dogs died out so they now eat pie at the games. After all who doest like pie.

Ready,Steady Go!!

The pro Boarders

And the fail Boarders.

I hope you enjoyed this, Good luck to LegoFreak and please rate and comment!

Quoting Master Shifu Leo J Both concepts are very cool, stayed true to the category, and well-built. The tipping point here is the sporty atmosphere and you MOC also captures that idea. My vote goes to you.
Thanks! I wasn't sure if I'd get a vote!

Very cool techie idea... but I have to ask... what happens to a player's bod if he/she falls onto the blue ion field? Do all their body proteins stop folding/unfolding? Oh... I know... they wear protective gear! Duh! Good Luck! :)
