'Most famous photographs of all time' no.3. Elliott Erwitt took the original picture in North Carolina in 1950. I hope it is not really necessary to emphasize how important it is to be aware of all kinds of injustice that unfortunately still surround us today, 61 years later.
Quoting Lego Builders
Good photography! Did you come up with the title (small reminder of big injustice)?
Thanks! Yes I did- because I was partially afraid that some people could otherwise misunderstood my decision to post a vignette such as this, and to emphasize the strong message of the original picture.
Really nice job making one of the most inspiring images ever. I've actually seen a version of this made in LEGO already, that's slightly more accurate to the real picture, but nevertheless a really nice vig. 4/5. Incidentally, as recently as 2004 new Racial Segregation laws have been passed. Bahrain being the most recent where the Government declared 'Asian's make the streets dirty' so forcibly removed them from their homes. Strange how it doesn't make the news and F1 still says Bahrain is a great place to race.
