Well here is my 16x16 moc of the scene from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban in which Harry tries to protect his godfather, Sirius Black from the swarming Dementors. Please comment, rate and enjoy.
About this creation

Well here you can see the whole thing.

Harry and Sirius are by the edge of the frozen-over lake and Harry is attempting to fend off the swarming Dementors.

This is based on the movie version of the story, as in the book version, Hermione is with them.

Here are two of the Dementors sweeping in.

The other one. There are hundreds in both the book and the film but for the purposes of this moc, I couldn't include that many!

A better look at the trees that are the edge of the Forbidden Forest.

The forest floor details.

The dying Sirius and Harry desperatley trying to protect him as a Dementor performs the 'kiss' on him.

The side of the moc.

The back.

Looking through the trees.

The other side.

A birds (Or in this case, Dementor's) eye view.

The view over the first Dementor's shoulder.

The second one performing the 'kiss'. This Dementor's 'kiss' is where they suck the soul right out of a living body.

And the third Dementor's view.

The left hand tree.

The right tree.

A better look at the tree-tops.

A better look at Harry and Sirius by the frozen water's edge.

Other comments: I am, honestly, confused about the full marks for the minifigures from two of the other judges - not that I mean any offence in saying that! - But the entry is very good. |

Ah, okay, that makes sense! I was just wondering if it was a conscious choice or not. Thanks! |

Great MOC, R.K.! I love the trees. I try to find a "something you can work on" for each post, and I honestly can't find much. I would say it would be interesting to see your rendition of Harry's Patronus, but this is, of course, a 16x16.
I have decided that, in my own judging, I will give perfect scores in the 'minifigures' category simply because I don't think it's fair to be downgraded for using official minifigures. My one question is, why did you decide to use the older Dementors (and Harry)? It doesn't matter, though I personally prefer the newer Dementors more, but it is an interesting choice.
Thanks! Harry's head is the new one but that body was the closest I have to the one he wears in the film. And as for The Dementors, I used the old ones simply because I don't have any of the new ones! haha!
