Modular Georgian London Townhouse c1905
About this creation

Here is my largest MOC I have ever attempted, its a 4 storey Georgian Townhouse based on many found in the area of Belgravia, London. These properties still exist today as embassies and other various organisations. Today it is where some of the most expensive property in the UK can be found.

It is fully modular and each floor can be removed in turn.

I have chosen period details from the Georgian and Victorian period to furnish and decorate the rooms. Ground floor has kitchen and dining room. First floor has reception room and guest bedroom. The second floor has the master bedroom and bathroom. The third floor is used for storage but does have a balcony at the rear.

Perhaps start Viewing from the bottom and work up to the top.

Quoting Elvin Lam Excellet work!! I love it!!! I'm new in MOC. Could you please advise where to start, where to buy etc? Any tips? :-p Thanks!!
Hi, I find the current modular builds decent value for pieces. Usually in interesting and rarely colours. I also use bricklink which can be excellent value! I would suggest browsing through some groups on mocpages for inspiration depending on your field of interest.

Quoting simone volpi Hi very nice!!!! do you sell the instruction? i really like to build. please let me know. thanks
Hi, sorry I dont use LDD to make any models they are all done the old fashioned way! Apologies. Most of the walls are double lined to give more colour. I used many plates under each floor to keep it stable. The side windows are offset by using 1x2 jumper plates to give texture. Good luck!

That's an amazing house full of wonderful details! My favourite is definitely the bath tube (very clever piece use). I really like how you created the interiors with the fireplace, and large table, and bedrooms with the furniture. Very well done!
