WW2 Plane SpitFire MKII
About this creation
I made this model because I wanted to make a famous plane from WW2. It took me about 2 hours to come up with the design and build it. I think making the back part of the plane was the hardest because it is mostly plates snapped on to the brick. Also I got a lot of inspiration from this guy Brick Shelf Planes he has made some very good models of WW2 planes.
Anyway, I hope you like it. Please leave any comments or questions.

Looks like a bf-109, which did NOT have jets under the wings. You may be confusing it with it the Me-262 |

i wonder how you can call that a spitfire it looks to much like a bf 109 with the colour and shape |

This would be good... but it looks suspiciously like a Messerschmitt BF-109. Great model, thuugh. |

That is, indeed, a FW-190 (mixed with some elements of the Spitfire), even down to the Luftwaffe colors. And I must contest it being the most famous plane in WWII. I think that title might belong to the P-51 Mustang. |

looks like an ME-109. The Spitfire is curvyer |

Great spit, except for one thing, IT LOOKS LIKE A P-51, NOT A SPIT!! Not that you did a bad job or anything, but you just might want to give it a few more Spitfire charachteristics, mostly a rounded tail. Nice try though. :-) |

I like it. I wouldn't have said it was a Spitfire MkII though based on armament (the mark two has eight machine guns in the wings)and appearance (colours and wing shape). It does look very much more like an ME109 in those aspects. |
