MN-163 Gunner Mech
This is a modded MN-015 Assault Mech. It now has two MMR-24 Rifles mounted on its arms. The MMR-24 Rifle allows the MN-163 to fire a 50 caliber round while having an extremely fast rate of fire and a magazine capacity of 2000 rounds. This makes the MN-163 the top of its class when it comes to tearing apart infantry and light vehicles.
About this creation

The MMR-24 Rifle is a deadly weapon that packs a punch with a 50 caliber round and a rate of fire topping that of any weapon in its class.

An isometric view of the MN-163. Here you can see the MMR-24 Rifle as well as the Mech's functional design.

The back of the MN-163 is much like that of the MN-015. Although made from dense alloys, it is the one vulnerable part of the Mech, and must be watched carefully.

Quoting arik lego yeah, building Mechs that actually have minifigs in them is really hard unless the Mechs are really big. hmm, would you mind if I tried building minifig-scale versions of your Mechs? I'm not terribly good at building manned Mechs myself, but I do know of some techniques for fitting them in. about how tall is this Mech supposed to be?
Go for it bud. I put up the model so people could mess around with it. Hopefully you do better than I would! Haha

Quoting arik lego no problem. :) unfortunately I can't think of what to do about the guns. by the way, is this built to minifig-scale? (meaning, if you stuck a LEGO minifig in it would be accurate) I assume from looking at some of your other models that it isn't.
Neither do I. Still playing around with some designs though (think I've go a worthy pistol going at the moment). Sadly they are not mini-fig scale ): i have an extremely hard time putting together a Mech around a mini-fig, its my downfall. I've tried many a time and always ended up with an ugly looking machine. If you have any suggestions on mini-fig scale, I would greatly appreciate it! Maverick

Quoting arik lego nice! I have to say, you've got some real talent. it took me months to figure out a lot of the techniques you've used in your builds, and I'm still getting the hang of them. it looks awesome, you did a great job on the armor and the tail adds a nice animal-like touch to it. the only negative I can see in it is the weapons, namely their ammo clips, which just seem a bit out of place.
Thanks man! Ive looked all round MOC pages and finally found a good technique for creating spinal structures for Mechs that can be used in more than one way. Im still working on guns though, not to good at those yet. But hey, ill look around and see what I can do! Thanks though, really appreciate the feed back.
