My OH-58D Kiowa Warrior, the US Army version of the Bell JetRanger.
About this creation
This is my lousy OH-58D Kiowa Warrior. (The reason it's lousy is because it's the only one out there, so I don't have any reference photos.) I'm trying to fix it, so if I do, I'll post it.
The Kiowa is the military version of the popular Bell 206A JetRanger. Bell, Fairchild-Hiller, and Hughes submitted entries. Hughes won the contest, but was unable to fill the production demands. So they reopened the contest. Bell in the meantime had tried to sell their chopper to the public, and had discovered that it was too ugly to sell. So they gave it a cool body design and started selling them left and right as the JetRanger. When the Army reopened the contest, the new cool body design took first place, proving once and for all that even military dudes like cool-looking helicopters. But this original Kiowa was built with Vietnam-era technology. So they souped it up with the Kiowa D by adding the rotor-mounted Laser-pointer/TVS/TIS. Weapon pylons were also added for the Kiowa Warrior and the chopper took on an attack role as well.
What's that? You're bored out of your mind and want me to shut up and show the you the stupid helicopter? Oh yeah! The helicopter! Let me tell you something, the Kiowa is the military version...Oh,sorry here's the pics, and Oh! I forgot to tell you, the Kiowa is *THUNK*
OW!
Thanks and please review!

And here it is with the works! The Apache is online, the Little Bird is online, and I think the rest is in progress. The F-22, Warthog and Jayhawk need landing gear.
Anyway, thanks for coming and please review!
