Pierce Arrow XT PUC
So here is my first post on MOC. This truck is a 2010 Pierce Arrow XT PUC.
About this creation

This rig is a custom built Pierce Arrow XT PUC. It has a 1500GPM pump and a 750Gal. water tank. It has many special features. One of the main features is the attack line this was added in place of a second cross lay and deck gun since this truck runs in a city were a deck gun wouldn't be used. This truck was designed to carry extrication gear, SCBAs, forcable entry tools, and tools related to fire fighting and light USAR, it caries little EMS gear and other gear.
Credit to Christion Collins for the cab design.
Credit to Paulo R for the handle idea on the cab.
Insperation to all you great fire builders out there, thanks a bunch.
C&C welcomed

That is positivley amazing, and you have inspired me to work way harder on my next engine and make it more detailed, neater, and more realistic. That is just purely amazing.

Quoting Michael Rutherford This is a highly detailed MOC of a very specific piece of hardware. Very impressive. I would guess that you were working strait from a photograph, as the proportions are close to perfect. I really like the mirrors and the use of decals. Very well photographed as well. Attack!
Thank you Michael! Sorry for the late reply! You are actually correct! I studied many pictures of PUC units and did research behind it to better understand what I'm building! I always try to be as accurate as possible when building!

Quoting Harrison McNeill Great job Jon! When are you going to add more stuff?
Thanks Harrison! Sorry for the late reply! I keep changing around my department, it's actually become very stressful trying to get it just right. Right now though I think I've got what I want. I'll be posting hopefully in the next couple weeks if my schedule permits. I need to of course build everything! :P But I think you'll enjoy what I have in store! ;)

Hey, Jon. Driftwood County is back up and running. I wanted to start it back up again before someone got any ideas about a new one.

Quoting James Kontoules Don't worry about the hosebed, it's not really that similar. Still lovin' the truck! Do you have any others built?
Thanks, I try to be original with all my builds and give credit for anything used. As of now I don't but I'm working on engine 2 right now. ;)

Quoting Christian Collins Jon, Michael means shortening the PUC pump to 2 studs wide at the bottom, and 1 stud wide on top, like this: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/220437
Ah, okay, I made the pump 3 studs to add more detail. Thanks though, I'll note it and will fix it once my next truck is done.

Quoting Michael Morrison Awesome job on your first MOC! The only thing I would suggest is shortening the space between the body and the cab from 2 studs to 1 stud. Other than that awesome work! I can't wait to see more!
Thank you! What do mean by space between the cab and body? Happy Holidays!

Thank you, those were actually the third hardest thing to complete, since the frame of the truck all connects right there.
