Sobani Royal Trade Guild RTG-01
Homeworld Expanded Universe Sobani Royal Trade Guild Remote Trade Gateway Space Ship
About this creation
This is a Remote Trade gateway from the royal trade guild of the Sobani. Its a big ship designed to organuze and host local trading and that collects a small tax from everyone using the ship... The concept caught on very quickly and became a major source of income for the Sobani Royal Trade Guild...This is the first of these kind of ships...More might Follow...

Enjoy!

box...new design, just like on the new pirate battle carrier

main pic with a little "special transport" unit and an MSC container "forklift"

The two mad hangar bays are for trading... ships can come in and out, drop cargo, exchange stuff and all...

   side pic.

This ship is the first in my series that is completely hollow and has a neat and clean/smooth interior. The docking space is pretty big i calculated roughly that about 76 MSC containers could fit inside...

   the engines

The Two heavy Kinetic Turrets...Main weapon of the ship there are the symbolisation of the sobani will to expand through trade and force simultaneously

the fighter and small personnal craft entry

   top pic: 86 studs long

fleet pic... With a Cargo of great value, the RTGs are sometimes accompanied by sobani war or/and command ships like here, with the queen senatot II command ship

Dock A reserved to service vehicles

here are blury uninteresting pictures of the "forklift"

as you can see this ship is only to manipulate the MSC Containers...

Probably my favourite shot... i really had fun with the greeblage that i wanted on this ship to be more "elegant" than usual greeblage like on the queen senatorII...

I like your works a lot! I think i'll check on them more carefully when I can! Great details ;) I just have to say that the photos could be better! If they where better, it would give your MOC's a lot more visibility and quality! ;)

Cools ships in a scale that works well for the detail. Also great box art.

These just keep getting better and better. By the way, my final ORCA is up, if you want to see it. *Cough Cough*

I got a sneak peek of this beauty on Brickshelf coutresy of my friend and all round microscale God, Pierre but I am still staggered at the unfathomable detail that you've managed to pack into this design. Also, it's great to see those incredibly awkward-to-use pieces (construction vehicle wheel arches and crane segments) being put to such imaginative use - will wonders never cease? from the great derelict they certainly won't! Another Masterpiece Pierre! ;)

Good job, yet again. Though somewhat boxy in profile, the ship does give the appearance of a cargo craft, and of course, the color scheme and the detailing make up for the relatively boxy profile. Your "forklift" is a very good idea, and in fact has inspired me to try to create a resource collector of some sort for myself. I am about (sometime tomorrow, perhaps today) to release an ITC ship. At any rate, good work!
