Light Reconnaissance Hover Armor
About this creation
This is the Dussack Hover Armor: Light Reconnaissance Hover Armor. This experimental hovering chassis has been developed for military use. Compared to regular wheeled vehicles, the Dussack possesses vastly superior maneuverability and comparable mobility. However, the Dussack sacrifices a degree of stability for the fragile hover systems.
2 - 7.62mm M134 Minigun
1 - Mk19 Grenade Launcher
With chin mounted double M134 Miniguns and a Mk19 Automatic Grenade Launcher, the Dussack is highly effective against infantry units and lightly armored vehicles. The Hover Armor's effectiveness is only heightened by the new hover system, which allows it to readily dodge, strafe, and attack through the control of a single pilot. Fragile stability and durability are it's only real weaknesses.
The Dussack is highly effective against defended infantry, but it is less useful in direct engagements.
Possessing a very small profile and quiet engines lessens the chance of detection or a successful hit.
The bulk of armor is located on the front, with almost no armor on the sides and back.
With the grenade launcher deployed, the Dussack possesses more firepower but slower mobility.
With a dual joystick control system and foot pedals, only a single pilot is necessary for control.
Using the powerful back engines, the Dussack can hover above the ground at a maximum of 25 feet.

Very awsome. I love two things about this pic: the MOC, and the background. Very awsome shot, but to make it a bit better, tr moving the technic round pieces a little bit forward, to the tipof the axles |

I'm loving the HAV2 with its execessive greebling and stramlined, compact design but out of the two, the HAV4 wins IMO.
Great work on both though. ;) |
