The HAL Fury was designed to complement the T-50MKI’s in air defense and air superiority roles. The Fury is a 4.5-generation airframe but has many fifth generation aspects integrated into its airframe. Its pilot wears an interactive helmet similar to the one F-35’s pilots wear. Its advanced radar and avionics allow it to compete with fifth generation fighters and newer surface to air missiles. The electronics equipment they carry allows them to jam communication and radar equipment. Its forward canards and 3D thrust vectoring give it near unparalleled maneuverability in a dogfight. Its major draw is that it can only carry two missiles in internal bomb bays ruining its radar profile.
