very well done there, but as a tank fanatic i have an urge to correct you, the panther had a 75mm gun not an 88mm but still this is very good and i doubt i could ever build something like this, forgive me if you have already corrected yourself :)
Oh, ummm, it's not supposed to be a Panther, but that's what I built it to look like. |

I still think you should make this a heavy tank, because it is, what? 3x the size of a panther! C'mon! This tank will be quite vurnable in the field do to it's size and speed.
I decided to make this a heavy tank. |

Really? Well, how many studs high is a minifig next to one of these?
Should I add a minifig next to it so you can see? |

It's not minifig scale. |

I agree with elpa, the size of this overall tank would make it more classed as a German Tiger II or the Löwe.But I tried to remove as much height as I could so hope you like my version Matthew |

True Matthew but the size and weight of this tank would class it as a heavy tank.Look at the Tiger II,After that tank there would be countless other model Heavy tanks with the same design |

I also agree with elpha
If you made another panther ten times bigger, would it still be a medium tank?
Still good job, it looks good like always.

Yes, if I made it 10 times bigger, it would just be a bigger model of a medium tank. I agree it's not quite minifig size, but it is intended to be a minifig size panther. |

Yah, I suppose it isn't as sharp of a angle as it should be. |
