URA presents its newest weapon, the T-89-H hover tank. Around 2068, the "Black Knight" MBT, even with all the upgrades became practically useless. More and more advanced artillery appeared. Mechs began to appear in battles, and a new kind of weapon, the hovertanks came into existence. So the URA high command decided that a hovertank was needed. And so the "Devastator" was born in 2079. It's the most modern and probably most powerful hovertank to date. Its defense sytems iclude: -layered armor (firsta layer-Titan-a, hardes alloy in the world. Layer 2- lead, protecting the crew from radiation. Layer 3-new synthetic armor, harder than Titan-a, and lighter than any metal used for armor, thus making the tank very light. also, it's invisible for infrared systems. - Automated sentry gun in the back section, armed with a 20mm. machinegun and a smoke grenade launcher. Has advanced systems, able to detect almost any enemy trooper. - Flare launchers - EMP hardened electronics - Second smoke grenade launcher on turret. - One "Observer" mini UAv,used to spy on the enemy and provide the tank with real time battle info. Also, the "Devastator" has state-of-art armament: -Main cannon-Mass driver, able to shoot rounds up to 20 miles. This cannon is feared by everyone who met it on the battlefield, as it can tear any tank in two shots. - Two fixed forward firing miniguns in the front section, used to deal with infantry and lightly armored vehicles. - Two multi purpouse missiles. - One twin barrel 20mm. cannon on turret. The engine of this tank is revolutionary. It runs on water and alkali elements, mainly cesium and rubidium. The cesium is mixed with the water, reacting very intesivly and creating enough energy to lift the tank up to 12 feet above the ground. When more speed is needed, rubidium is injected through two tubes into the engines. The engine gives the tank max speed of around 400mph. The tank has a crew of one, most of the actions are performed by a 5th generation smart computer. Also, troopers can ride on the sides of the tank. The tank, only with downgarded technology is available for export.
