Republic Base on Snowy Planet
The big project I've been working on!! It's a Republic Base! I have put a lot of effort, time and some money... I actually wanted to upload this MOC before 2012 but I didn't have time... So, I decided to post it today. The reason why I said it's a snowy planet is because I wanted to the planet to be Orto Plutonia or Hoth. But since these two planets do not have sea or oceans, I had to say it's a "Snowy Planet". Well, enough of my explanations and think you want to have a look! Enjoy!
About this creation
Start from the battle scene!

Obi-Wan fighting at the front line.

Anakin is also fighting. Since I didn't have Freeco Speeder, I had to make up the cold-place-outfit myself.

A clone throwing a grenade.

Captain Rex...

My custom Aqua Droid . Despite the fact that I got many feedback, I decided to use it as how it was. But since I was not able to make the legs better, I decided to place them half underwater.

Battle scene from the top.

This is a rooftop assault. There are three Rocket Droids. Rocket Droids from different angle.

ARF troopers. One with Rocket Launcher and one with binocular.

Launching rocket!

A Rocket Droid attacking the ARF troopers.

There are two other clones who are on the roof.

From another angle...

Their enemy is the Vulture Droid!!

Vulture Droid's views

The cannon.

Closer look of the cannon.

Rooftop battle. Yeah, there aren't much going on...
I was kind of tired and too much would result falling of the roof...

That's where the troops come on rooftop.

Alright, now to the hanger.

There's my custom Gunship .

Pretty cool, eh?

Detailed views of the hanger.

Yes, the LAAT has come to drop the clone reinforcements...
They ware experimental armours and they were dispatched from Kamino.

And of course, the leader is Shaak Ti.

Nice view... I think...

I made three holes so you can look inside.

This is the way down to the ground floor.

First Floor!:

There's a hanger for speeders and a control room.

Some views:

There's a switch for Power Function.

Power Function, allowing the door to open and close by remote controller.

Command Centre:

Holo projector.

The reactor of the base.

It's heating the base since it is quite cold...

Quoting Jon B Wow, talk about action packed! Great build, so detailed - and the IR doors are a great addition. The Gunship is a beauty too, nice job! Also, nicely photographed - some well focused shots there, good impression of scale.
@Thanks! Yeah, I got new camera few months ago and now I can take better pictures!

Quoting yama masa This is pretty cool! I really like it! Regarding your group: Divide and Conquer: First of all, thanks for the invitation. But I'm planning to leave the group. The reason is the following: Although I'm in winter break now, as the school starts, I get very busy and will not be able to contribute to your group. And in the "Rules" it says "...members will need to be on here every other day or so. You can't post once every week, contribute!" I think I will not be able to play well in you game. I'm really sorry. It looks fun, exciting and great game. However, the school work is the first priority. I was really happy when I got the invitation. I would have played in your group if I were a little younger with less HWs. But I'll come and check your MOCS regularly! Hey, come and look at my MOCs too! Again, thank you for your invitation.
well, we'll be sorry to see you leave. You only really need to post every week or so for your movements, I guess i'll need to change the rules around a bit to say "we would like it if you would contribute, but you only need to post 2-3 times a week for you troop/expansion movements and national news." you can stay if you wish, that was mostly just to try to get people to be more active. a completely unrelated question, what do you mean by HW's?

Well, maybe Hoth was just experiencing some warmer weather than usual. Maybe it was all the heat from the explosions melting that ice. That could be a good idea for a temporary...pond...on Hoth. Either way, it doesn't stop this from being a nice build!
