This is my third entry in the Moc Speed Contest. My category was micro theme park ride. I made an abandoned theme park. It may not be jolly but it is eerie and full of thrills.
About this creation
My theme park has a lovely courtyard with a fountain. It is a pity that the fountain is dried up, but at least you can relax under the shade of the trees. Oh wait, they're dead. You will have much better luck checking out the three main attractions in this rundown fairground.
The Picasso-esque fun house.
The Geometric ferris wheel.
The rickety roller coaster.
I have enjoyed building for this contest. I hope you enjoyed looking at my entry. Congratulations to all the competitors in round three.
OK... I love the colour scheme and the spiky fence - very evil looking! The embironment definitely has that 'theme park' feel to it. However, I wish you had spent a little more time on the actual rides. 14 + 5 = 19! Thank you.
It isn't bad, but honestly, the build is a bit sloppy and doesn't represent a theme park very well, even an abandoned one. For example, if that ferris wheel was real, everyone would have to be strapped down to their seats because they'd be going upside down! Anyways, I award you 14 points + 5 bonus points = 19 overall points.
Interpretation of Category: 4/5
Quality of Build: 4/5
My Personal Rating: 3/5
Bonus Points: 5/5
This is a very interesting take on the category. I like that you have used a bland colour scheme, but I would not have been able to recognise the rides easily without your description.
