Does the lowrider concept really translate to a vehicle without wheels?
About this creation
Based on those Detroit behemoths of the '60s and early '70s, this one-seater gets you there in style.

If this is looming up in your rearview, it's time to get out of the way.

   Fins to spare.

HOV lane? This thing travels in the LOV lane.

   You're following much too close.

   Stripes just make it faster.

No, I didn't catch her name.

Here's the top up. Yes, it's one big suicide door.

   Analogue dials rock!

Please check with your local authorities regarding the legality of the headlights.

Powerful, but with an extra low gear for taking it slow.

Can you say ground effects? Note clips for extra neon tubing.

   It's all about smoooooth.

Note the adjustable auxiliary fins / 'kickstands' for manoeuvrability and parking.

   Fins stowed.

   Top up, park interlock.

   Streamlining where it counts.

   Stereophonic hifi sound is standard.

There's room for plenty of gear behind the seat.

   Picture youself behind the levers.

Yes it can be seen in daylight too. Check the other pics on Brickshelf for that daylight perspective.

Totally awesome. I should try to build in this scale a bit, it leaves more room for details. Good job on the back...and on everything else. I didn't know that hovercars still had engines, speakin of engines, you should put a hood on that, maybe do a carb-thru-hood, but I don't know whether this even has a carburator. Awesomeness at its best.

Darn...I wish I could build like this. I love the exceptional 'SNOT' work used here as well as all the little details. I don't know what to say, no complaints or suggestions, it's just too awesome to really say what I like...I like it all. Keep it up...and don't get caught speeding of course...
