Nice structure. I like the details on the first floor; the tile floor pattern is very good. The lack of a back wall on the upper floors could cause a problem if the alley is visible in your town display. On the other hand, a book store is always worth an extra smiley. Its looking like that Corner Cafe set is going to inspire a lot of new buildings!
