The Toa Rela of Plasma, the Burning Wanderer, it's Niarr! Please note that Niarr and Reythe joined the Toa Rela simultaneously, and as such Niarr is not the seventh or eighth Toa Rela. Enjoy the MOC!

Alignment: Chaotic good
Affiliation: Toa Rela
Personality: Niarr is eager and adventurous, and also somewhat naīve. He is best friends with Reythe, and the two are near inseparable. Niarr is inexperienced, but tries hard to prove himself to Avillo and the other veteran Toa Rela. He has received some guidance from Pirai, who knows what it's like to be a rookie. Niarr is the team's recon and stealth specialist; he can use his Kanohi Kalvai to move through objects with ease.
Bio: Niarr had a pretty standard life as a Matoran. He worked as a messenger, traveling all over Rela Nui. During his travels he met Reythe, and they became best friends. At one point Niarr was anonymously asked (and paid) to travel to a specific building in Ka-Rela and deliver a package. As Niarr traveled, he wasn't looking where he was going, and fell down a hill! The package spilled open, and fell onto Niarr, revealing the contents of the bag to be Toa stone fragments, and transforming Niarr into a Toa of Plasma! Niarr and Reythe later joined the Toa Rela together. This team stayed on Rela Nui for a time, in order to defend the villages from the threat of the Makuta-kara and their demonic creations. Soon after the Makuta-kara's defeat, Niarr and the rest of the Toa Rela began a journey across much of the known universe, in search of the Lost Being known only in legend as Un'duul. They defeated some of the worst Makuta ever known; destroyed insurgent Visorak hordes; and ended a plague that had fallen upon Spherus Magna. These and many more were the tasks of the Toa Rela; and all of these tasks they carried out, until finally they were, quite literally, all lost to history.
(All will be revealed in the story I'm working on!)

Well here he is!

Epic pose.

Charge! Directing imaginary troops. As I remember somebody saying, "Matoran make notoriously bad conquering armies."

Attacking with elbow blades, his secondary weapon.

Dashing forward. Niarr has pretty good balance.

Head. This is actualy a variation of my typical custom head; this variation is designed for the Kanohi Pakari.

Arm; forearms are custom, upper arms aren't. But Witch Doctor skulls make good shoulder pads!

Forearm. Hello, greebles.

Torso. It has midsection articulation, similar to Anessiss.

Back. That Bohrok eye can actually lock into the orange armor plate, so that Niarr stays upright instead of bending.

Leg. Strangely, he has double-jointed knees.

Back / side shot. Lower legs are custom.

No armor. He's very flexible!

Thank you very much. I actually prefer criticism to generic 'good, nice, looks cool' comments. The legs were sort of supposed to look Ike he was wearing cargo pants with full pockets. :P The back is a bit lacking, you're right. The heartlight does stick out, yes- I wanted to use the Venomari insignia from Ninjago, but I don't have one. Maybe I'll revamp these guys sometime.
