This is by far my favorite model; it has a sleek and dangerous look to it and has a modest amount of greebling. I just wish it weren't a pirate ship since it has such a smooth look to it.

I second the previous opinions on color scheme. The problem with the flash is that it's mono-directional, promoting glare and lowering contrast. you'll need some brighter lights coming in from a few angles.

Good job. This appears to be a very well engineered vessel (heavily inspired or not). If I may make a suggestion though, it seems to me that the ship might look better if you flipped the frontal orange section so that the long section is on "top," but you may disagree. However, other than that this model is pretty good, and certainly has the striking outline I would expect a ship like this to have. In all, very well designed and implemented.

Ah, no flash! Crank up the ambient natural light, avoid flash whenever possible. Yay for torpedoes! I like the solidified colour scheme,adds interest to what might otherwise be a bit of a boring shape (not a downside, a spaceship shouldn't be too crazy).

Yes to the flash. Pierre, you are an excellent artist. I've been trying to build something along the same lines as what you are doing but I can't seem to get anything I like, however I did make something in the LDD program, I might put up pictures of it sometime, so check out my site periodically if you get a chance too.
