About this creation
Once again, a pirate vignette! :D This one is greatly inspired by Slyowl's work. By the way, I hope you guys like my pirate-work... I'm gonna be building a lot of them.

ANYWwaaay... on to the MOC.

This pic shows the grass-sloping technique really well. It's not perfect, (there are some gaps) but I liked the way it turned out.

Looks like that hurt...

I was pretty proud of that coconut, I must say...

Oh, and I wanted to say... no, I have not forgotten about the MMT... I'm almost done. ;)

I hope you guys liked it! Please rate/comment! :)

Checked this out yesterday but didn't have time to comment. My favorite part was how you tilted the grass area at the front of the cliff. Simple true, but effective. The way you pulled off the "gore" was also a nice use of parts. Overall a nice little moc! ~ Chris.

It is obvious that you have only seen the hulled coconuts sold at grocery stores, so here is an image of what coconuts look like on a tree: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Tender_Coconuts_of_different_stages.jpg

Quoting Lando L. Jackson Superb landscaping technique, but I'm afraid that fresh coconuts are green and smooth, not brown and hairy.
Not sure what kind of coconuts you've seen. :P

Excellent presentation and funny guy in a barrel! =D I still can't figure out how the 'blood' is held on, but its very clever. And you should be proud of your coconut technique.

Quoting EJ Stan WOW! These pirate vigs just keep getting better! do you think in your next one you can shoe how you did the grass slope technique, because it seems very useful:)
Sure, I'll try to give a little tutorial next time. ;) And remember, all credit goes to Slyowl... he gave me the idea. ;)
