I have begun to realize a truth about SPACE builders; they don't like long back-stories. Instead I shall give you reprieve and write on this ships construction. I first decided to build this ship when I was swooshing around a staple remover. I decided that it actually looked pretty good, and perhaps I would try to build a lego ship around that look. Over the week I worked on a concept design when I could. When I was finished, the product was:
(A): Large.
(B): Fragile.
(C): Not cool looking.
It was back to the drawing board. Luckily it occurred to me that I might turn the ship on its side, which would allow me more freedom. After a short build period, I came up with a satisfactory design. Looking at it, I decided that it looked rather PCS, so I constructed a PCS-ish (lacking the right torso and hip) minifig, gave the ship blue highlights, and the finished model is displayed below.

Top view. I guess this could be a Victorian fighter as well.

Coming at you. Not a flattering view, but neccesary.

   Three-quarter view.

The ships rear, again from an odd angle.

Worst. Picture. Ever...though the grass blades look pretty good.

The greebleage around the engines. I finally found a use for those minifig stretchers. Yay!

   Another 3/4 shot.

It's indecent how all those swoosh-fighters go around showing thier undersides to the whole world like this.

   ZZZOOOOOOMMM!

   A cockpit detail shot.

   More on the cockpit.

Our brave pilot, Tink McBhlam stands beside his fighter.

   Run tink run!

An early shot of the ship zooming away froom a doomed planet. In the text, the ship is refered to as the T.I.N.K, a name I eventually borrowed for the ship's pilot. Oh well, I guess we had better get out of the way too.

Now that I've learned more Spanish, the 'ir' is necessary. It's a nice use of the stretchers, but the ship seems so tiny, and the cockpit disproportionally large.

What a cool little ship Mr. Krakow. The engine design is fascinating. And the side wings seem to shield the pilot from the Type-4 fusion thingies (lmao) radiation? Great stuff!

Thank goodness, we don't get enough PCS stuff.

"I guess this could be a Victorian fighter as well." You have mentioned Victory, so here I am. Well, personally I love long back-stories. The way I see it, if you enjoy writing them, write them - you're not forcing anyone to read them... but anyway, this is actually pretty neat. Certainly very different. The cockpit is somewhat basic (at least on the exterior), but the back is pretty innovative. The use of the stretchers is nice. Good job!
