I have begun to realize a truth about SPACE builders; they don't like long back-stories. Instead I shall give you reprieve and write on this ships construction. I first decided to build this ship when I was swooshing around a staple remover. I decided that it actually looked pretty good, and perhaps I would try to build a lego ship around that look. Over the week I worked on a concept design when I could. When I was finished, the product was:
(A): Large.
(B): Fragile.
(C): Not cool looking.
It was back to the drawing board. Luckily it occurred to me that I might turn the ship on its side, which would allow me more freedom. After a short build period, I came up with a satisfactory design. Looking at it, I decided that it looked rather PCS, so I constructed a PCS-ish (lacking the right torso and hip) minifig, gave the ship blue highlights, and the finished model is displayed below.

Top view. I guess this could be a Victorian fighter as well.

Coming at you. Not a flattering view, but neccesary.

Worst. Picture. Ever...though the grass blades look pretty good.

The greebleage around the engines. I finally found a use for those minifig stretchers. Yay!

It's indecent how all those swoosh-fighters go around showing thier undersides to the whole world like this.

An early shot of the ship zooming away froom a doomed planet. In the text, the ship is refered to as the T.I.N.K, a name I eventually borrowed for the ship's pilot. Oh well, I guess we had better get out of the way too.
