Hey guys! These are some MOCs I built and photographed over the summer. I recently found the pictures and wanted to upload them. More MOCs from the summer will come later this week, I think. Anyway, here they are!
About this creation
The first MOC that I'll show you is this alien hardsuit.
The hardsuit is owned and piloted by a member of Kranxx and Rench's species. This one is named Grane.
Grane has taken a standard utility hardsuit and replaced one of the claws with a gatling gun.
The hardsuit is very mobile and quick, despite being heavily armored.
The back is protected as well.
This is Kalent Anduri Naiu. He is a bounty hunter from the world of Naeleha, who wears a powersuit at all times.
Kalent, like most bounty hunters, works for the highest paycheck. The Naeleha have the strange ability to temporarily suspend their conscious, leaving their subconscious mind in control. This ability makes Kalent a very skilled assassin.
The suit has openings for his tail, hands, and head.
Kalent's weapon of choice is an old-fashioned poleaxe, which is of course attached to a modern shocklance.
As you can see Kalent's body is actually about the size of a human's, while the powersuit itself is much larger.
This is the first in a series of small robots that I've built. This one is the Roll Bot (yeah, real original, I know).
If it wasn't obvious, the Roll Bot can get around pretty quick. It powers itself with these mini-dynamos on its back, although they eventually lose power and need to be charged.
The Roll Bot is named as such because it is typically 'rolled out' of its charging port. However, it does not move through rolling. (I wish it could.)
Instead, it gets around with an odd half-walking half-rolling movement.
Breakdown. The design is a modified version of a space marine MOC by Pasukaru76.
Aha! Credit is given!
Chasing a random guy. :P
The next one is the drone.
No other name, just the drone.
Nobody knows if the drone is sentient, or if it has any purpose at all.
There is no real backstory to the drone, it just exists.
It is not really aggressive, but often appears frightening.
The drone may have originally been engineered for military use long ago, due to its weaponry, but now wanders aimlessly, observing the wonders of life.
It has a unique device within it that allows it to reconstruct itself if it is severely damaged.
Another view of this nonviolent drone.
The next variety of Roll Bot is the Star Bot!
The Star Bot is named that because it is used for SENOR (space exploration and necessary object retrieval).
It also speaks Mexican, which it believes is a different language from Spanish. Nobody is willing to tell it that it's not, for fear that the Star Bot will cry.
The next Roll Bot is the Soldier Bot. This little guy is a commando, always looking out for danger.
The Soldier Bot has the personality of the Space Core, Rick, from Portal 2.
This Roll Bot is the Explorer Bot. He is a little steampunk thing, possibly a prototype Roll Bot from long ago.
The Explorer Bot is always searching out new adventures. It is typically unsuccessful.
It is powered by small steam engines that portrude from its back.
The last Roll Bot is the Ninja Bot. He is a boss. That is all.
This may also stem from the fact that the Ninja Bot was made by my awesome little brother. :D
The weapon of choice for the Ninja Bot is a pair of shuriken. It has deadly aim with these things.
I think I once had a picture of the Ninja Bot with nunchuks and a katana, but it must have been deleted.
The Ninja Bot is antisocial, but the Explorer Bot always wants to make new friends.
Oh look! It found something!
Too bad purple seaglass isn't valuable.
The last MOC that I'll show you today is a Sehjal tribesman. The Sehjal are a primitive species who prefer to carry weapons with them everywhere.
The Sehjal live in tight-knit tribes which care deeply for each other. These tribes promote warriors to defend the tribe in times of danger, especially when attacks from other planets are imminent.
Despite always being armed, they are actually not violent, and carry their spears beneath a strict policy of self-defense.
The Sehjal enjoy recreation, but have no specific activities, instead combining everything into one: for example, playing catch with Kliu fruit while discussing tribal politics and eating F'kroo eggs.
(No, that wasn't supposed to make sense.)
This tribesman is wearing handcrafted armor which is made from a strong wood-like material.
Some of them are also natural diplomats.
(That's my sig-fig right there. Looks just like me. :P)
I hate when this happens. :(
Next MOCs: Contest entries! (or Reythe... I really need to post him.)
Bye for now!
