About this creation
Yes, it is true, I am a brony, and one of the best ponies to ever be awesome, cool, and radical all in one is Rainbow Dash! That's why she get's a starfighter this time. Jedi Knight Rainbow Dash is somewhat of unorthodox. She is very punk like with her pink mohawk, weilds two lightsabers, and she uses her powers to change the weather. Jedi Dash also uses her force powers of telekinesis to levitate and fly. She is even said to be the fastest flying Jedi ever to live.
Her starfighter has been customized to handle her awesomeness. It has six boosters and a small hyperdrive so she can leave a rainbow in space and perform her most amazing piloting trick, a Sonic Rainboom.
She even has a cool astromech. Poor T4-N8 was neglected by her when she was looking from a suitable companion droid with Fluttershy's help. There were so many droids that she couldn't make up her mind and put them all to a test to prove they were the best droid, well, at least all the ones that could fly. Fluttershy insisted on Rainbow letting T4-N8 participate even though he couldn't fly. When it finally came to the last challenge, Rainbow was left behind in a race with the remaining droids after an avalanche injured her. T4-N8 was slowly making his way and attended Rainbow Dash and they became best friends from then on. However, T4-N8 could not fly as he was old and outdated and nobody made parts for him anymore, so Rainbow found an old propeller and made it possible for him to fly with her.
This was originally for Sam the "legoman"'s Brony Contest, but he never gave a time. He kept postponing it and I just couldn't wait any longer.

I did not realize this until after it was built, but this is just meant to be a rainbow on the fin, not the flag of the very pride filled people.

Well, you're in for a shock. A Brony, is a fan of the 2010 reboot of My Little Pony that does not fit the demographic. It was created by Lauren Faust, and because it was given a bad review from some big shot person, the people of 4chan decided to watch this "bad" show, and they loved it, and it spread like crazy. Bronies atr typically 13-35 year old guys, and many partake in conventions, fan fictions, write fan music, wearing clothing materials that support the show, create loads of fan art, and then there is some extremely gross stuff people have made, but we don't want to talk about that. I have seen people get completely corrupted by the show, and now all they do is eat, sleep, and breath My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Because it spread so quickly, and others saw what these guys were doing because of a "girls" show, they decided to revolt than just accept the fact that people like what they like. I like the show, but only get into the fandom so far as to listen to four musicians, and then make this thing, and also the Bronies on MOCpages Group, which flopped. I don't want to become obsessed with the show because it's kind of creepy how into it people get. I want to maintain balance and stay more obsessed with Lego. So yeah, Bronies are all over the Internet. How you had not heard of them is actually quite surprising.
Hey, I thought the video was cool! A brilliant idea, considering the assignment (if I recall correctly). I'd totally have done that too! You'll have to excuse my ignorance, but what is a Brony (did I spell that correctly)? As far as rainbow ships go, the ones you've intentionally put together are very clever! And that's high praise coming from me. :) As you're probably aware, I'm a bit crazy for the more mundane colors myself. ;)

This is one of those MOCs I really liked but then came to loathe. Why? It's in the top three, and it's been there awhile. It couldn't have been Aayla's Starfighter, My Podracer, or even my Giant Pi. It had to be this. I'm fine with being a Brony, but this is the only thing I made related to the MLP Fandom, and with the exception of a few tiny custom builds in my Star Wars Collection, it's my most popular creation ever, but it can detour people away from looking at the rest of my stuff. People still have quite the hatred against Bronies. But also, it's not even that great compared to Aayla's Starfighter. My favorite Rainbow MOC is my Rainbow Warrior Starfighter. That thing shows a Rainbow Warrior can still look good, well, in the right hands. Oh, and yes, that was my video of me running around with the Airplane. Oh, it's still humiliating. Haha. And while I used to make instructions for my Starfighters, I decided not to do that anymore, so I can't really run around with it anymore. Thanks for the comments Ian. ;)

Very funny creation! I like the nice melding of the different colors on the wings! It's also a nice detail that the colors in the turbines at the back have the rainbow-orientation! The fig is very cool, too, really matches the starfighter itself. Great!
