Doctor Who : T.A.R.D.I.S - Work in progress.
Most edits done. Still a few sections missing. Enjoy anyway. Hell, its just MOC in progress. :)
About this creation
All minifigs created by my stepson Zeebass . The biggest Doctor Who fan.

Time And Relative Dimension In Space. For a better understanding of this visit this MOC:
Doctor Who - The Blue Box.

Fully operational spacecraft used by timelords, grown by them to fullfill their masters tasks. This one still a work in progress. But were proud enough of it to show it to the masses.

First of all. This is a weird build, since we need it to shoot for our Doctor Who Comic.
So its a rather fragile MOC since we need to be able to remove panels and interior in order to get the "action" right.
Nevertheless it made it even funnier, since we have a lot of the manuscript ready, so we know how we will need it to function.
Anyhow here we go with what have been done so far. :)

**** Inside the T.A.R.D.I.S ****
So this is what we have come up with so far. We were talking about revealing the diffrent doorways also, but came to the conclusion that they had a secret to them not to be revealed yet.
Keep in mind its still a WIP, so all things you see that doesnt add up would be nice indeed to know now, before we use the stage for the the couple of episodes not shot yet. :)
Thanks in advance.

A couple of pictures showint the whole of the T.A.R.D.I.S. without the control pod with effects.

A few Dalek visitors.

So this is what the control pod looks like at the moment. Things can change since we come up with ideas rapidly. One thing we might do is reverse the whole thing, having the studs outwards. Not that it matters a lot. It would make a few issues easier however.

Since we will need to be able to "tare" the T.A.R.D.I.S a part easily to be able to take shots for the comic, the whole of the build is rather fragile and open. These panels were an easy and very nicely looking solution we came up with. Then using "wings in between made it look a lot like The Doctor Who series T.A.R.D.I.S itself.

Wings:

We need to be able to remove this quickly also as with all other parts of the build. The door offcourse for the "portal effect".

A few pictures of the hallways in the T.A.R.D.I.S.
We are not gonna reveal other rooms just yet. They will be revealed when appropriate. :)

Here a few picture of the T.A.R.D.I.S full, without effect. More will definately be added with time.

**** Diffrent photos of the stages we went through to figure out how it should look, and the build in itself. ****

So this was a short walkthrough of what we will reveal so far. Please come with suggestions and critics.
And please ask questions.

***** Doctor Who COMIC INFO *****
We have shot the intro and could release it right now. However it makes more sense to wait till we have a few more episodes ready. Since we need to build, edit pics, then add text and get the storyline correct offcourse.
So as soon as possible, is all we are gonna promise for now. :)

Hope you enjoyed this WIP. Now rate and comment for the T.A.R.D.I.S sake !! :P

Just realised that we never replied in this post ( or at least none of our posts showed up in here !? ) .. So, thanks all ... We did read up on all of it .... And as i recall we did post also... However here we go again since its been a while since ive been in this post.... Thanks for all the feedback ... If you look close on the "new" blue box interior you will notice only a few things changed .... And we do like it a lot .... Sorry that no answers never came to your replys. Dont know what happened.... The 4th chapter of our Comic wont be out till monday earliest, since it was / is a very big task .... However tonight or tomorrow 3 other Doctor Who builds should be ready ... ( Think the oldest kid is almost finished with the edits ) ... So its not that we are gone ... Just busy busy like everyone else. :P
