my 2nd alternate from the 6913 set. this time I ve build a small city cargo truck. it s a grand piece of snot work. the studs are going to all directions because it was the only way how to manage to create the shape and manage the paint job.
About this creation
here are the pics >
front view. I started the build with cabin. the biggest challenge of the build was to stick together surfaces like roof and window, doors and back of cabin, front wheel arch to stick together without leaving space between them, with limited amount of snot bricks it was really tough fun to do this :)
side view. the paint job is done so that the darker pieces of black and dark grey operate in the rear part, the blue covers the majority of the body and other colors kick in to fill the rest of fields.
rear. load up the cargo and deliver it to the customer.
front. the round transparent bricks are the only option of lights of apart from the technic sort of tranparent pieces.
back. everything simple and practical.
top. i love building alternates because with limited part availability often lots of studs get left out. if I would build a moc with tons of bricks the studkilling sense would have kicked in and I would have never end up with so many beautiful left out studs.
detail. snot everywhere. it s tricky to assemble these small parts but once they are together the model is sturdy enough.
Beyonce feat. J-lo also think that building creator alternates is fun :D
This alternate stands out for me from the crowd. The parts are fitting together nicely, it must have been a good session working on this model. Congrats!
