My first Ninjago MOC :) sort of.
About this creation

In a world of destruction and decay, one small shrine withstands the trials of time.







Under Sensei Makoto's watchful eye, it has been maintained throughout the years as a sacred place for our Ninjago heroes.

And the steps leading up to it.






The red ninja probably has a name in the Ninjago name, but I forgot it. I'll just call him Red, like the guy from That 70s Show.




Exo Force stickers go really well with Ninjago.






Close up of some of the decayed surroundings.






The surroundings took a lot more work and planning to make, than the shrine did.







Colour blocking black and dark bluish gray is quite fun to do though.







You build the same details as for a regular building, but all in one colour.





Closer look at the roof tops.






And some of the post apocalyptic surroundings, when the shrine is removed (it's modular you know).





And this is the whole thing, when the shrine is removed from its base.

Wow. Just wow. I love how you took the traditional Japanese style of shrine, and blended it with post apoc themes and a mild environmental message (at least I think.)

Gorgeous! I love the decayed black parts to the grey buildings. Plus, the whole greyscale world to the colorful shrine gives this an emotional feel.

Wow! I love the backdrop. The buildings are folding on top of each other and creating a mass of metal, yet I can still pick out great details.

It's truely a work of ART!!! Great job on all the techniques and brainstorming. I can tell you put a ton of hours in this beauty. Did you have a backstory? Because it looks like it could for sure. Keep it up.

You're back! The world has indeed changed, but you still make the same great creations as before. I never imagined anyone making such a surreal background with modern buildings stacked up against each other in that way. I hope to see some more of your work around.
