Plasmashock: Heroic Nintendo Robot — Transforms from NES Zapper Pistol to robot & back!
Here it is, the final version and high-res display of my newest creation: Plasmashock, the NES Zapper pistol / Transformers ultimate geeky crossover!
About this creation

For its transformation mechanism, I built it more similar to Megatron rather than Shockwave; both Transformers used their gun handles as legs, only Shockwave formed his arms to make the barrel, whilst Megatron’s arms formed the stock, and his barrel was a separate attachment (which became his fusion cannon in robot mode). Henceforth, when Plasmashock transforms into robot mode, the orange Zapper barrel becomes his side gun!

Some original Transformers (notably Starscream/Skywarp/Thundercracker) would only transform as toys by removing/adding multiple pieces, such as fists and landing gear, whilst others could easily switch back and forth by folding joints — Plasmashock does both; to go from gun to robot, his trigger becomes removed and attached to his head to make face decorations, and the barrel of course separates to make the side gun. Otherwise, the legs fold from the gun handle, the arms are made from the stock, the head rotates and rests inside the chest.

-Baron von Brunk

P.S. - I plan on making a large replica of a Nintendo Entertainment System that transforms into a giant robot, much akin to Metroplex and/or Fortress Maximus! Stay tuned, loyal Brunkamaniacs.

I hope the sound it makes when it transforms is the same as the sound of when you pull the trigger on the Zapper.

Woah that's some nice designs you got there. Perhaps you could get hired on to work for the actual company. They're always inventing new ways to use Lego blocks to create various designs, just I doubt back when this game system was popular anyone even really took much interest in using blocks for more than child's play.

"whilst Megatron’s arms formed the stock, and his barrel was a separate attachment (which became his fusion cannon in robot mode)." That's not quite correct. Megatron's barrel did not become his cannon, and it did not detach. On the figure it just flips around and became like part of the waist, though on the animation model, it folded back to be come some sort of stack on his back. The cannon was actually made of his scope, which indeed was a separate piece. There was also a removable silencer and stock, and the two of those when detached could also combine with the scope to make a big weapons platform Megatron could use.

Quoting Mike Splechta Woah woah woah, blown away by your zapper and gameboy creations. Are you offering instructions on how to build those at all?
Yep! I'm making both a video and an instructional guide for fans to see (probably next week)!
