About this creation
This is my second building according to the Café Corner standard. This was originally a corner building with one shop. Now it has two shops. I forgot to take a photo that would be showing the assembled house from the front. You can see that here.

Quoting samuel christian how many studs is the base plate you used? example: 48x48
This configuration uses 2 baseplates, 16x32, so it is 32x32. I did not like the attached sidewalk, it makes transportation of these houses much more challenging. So for a straight building, I use 16x32 + a 16x8 sidewalk that is not connected to the house.
