Based on the Hot Wheels car "Tow Jam". 6-wide minifig scale.
About this creation
I recently bought the mechanic minifig from the 6th series of Collectable Minifigures along with a dark blue Hot Wheels "Tow Jam" car. It wasn't until the next day that I thought "This would make an awesome vehicle for my mechanic. I'm going to try building it!" So that's what I did. While far from perfect, I think it turned out pretty well considering the scale I had to work with. I've also included the LEGO Digital Designer file so you can open it up and spin the model around, since it's much more fun than looking at a static 2-D image. Enjoy!

Nice. I havent seen that truck, but if you made it black, then it would look like the tow truck off of "Fast and the Furious"
