Brilliant! The integration of SNOT and regular is great although I think that sort of an angle for a cove conveys that it is manmade and therefore the place would be more developed. |

Hi Hyden, i can see a good work here. i like the idea, if i can give you some advice... ok well, the primary thing, Use as background, white cards or blacks, depending on the production, and no sheets.
If you can, use photoshop to improve the backgrounds.
All for now, my friend, I hope, was to check out for help ...
Keep it up, that you, you are doing well |

Very good but needs a bit of work.In future I advise that you use brown, dark-brown, tan and dark-tan for mud and soil paths, and old-gray, old-dark-grey, bley, and dark-bley for stone and I feel black on castle walls is a bad colour.I hope you keep this in mind next time and also http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=60907#top use that for some help. =D You asked for help, so there it is ~Bourbon. |

The black walls and white snow can be conflicting in terms of colors. Dark gray would look better for the tower wall than black since the contrast with the light gray edges is less harsh.
You really think so?
I thought because It did conflict, It made it look better, and more outstanding, but I value your feed back and opinion. |

You have an excellent and varied collection of mocs. I also try and build in different themes. I really like this, it is full of great details like the barrels/chests and I really like the reeds coming out of the water – is that the tail from the lizard minifig? My favourite photo is the guy in chains. I agree with Nick below the water is a little plain but overall this is an excellent and atmospheric moc.
Thanks for the advice and feedback!
Yes the reeds are the tails from the lizard man, I too like the man in chains, but while I agree the Water is plain, I did'nt have enough white left to make surf or Trans. white to give it some
sparkles.

I really like this. I wish I had the cool castle bricks you have. The only thing I would've done differently (and this is just my opinion on aesthetics) is I would've turned the 2x2 slope bricks on the top of the tower around so the slope side is facing in to the tower. I think it would give it a more realistic battlement look. But like I said, just purely opinion, I still think it's excellent either way and I'm a little jealous of it :)
Thanks for your feedback!
I was just experimenting with the battlements, but I wanted to get a very firm, almost aggressive look to them, and to do that I wanted them to stick out and look overbearing.
Still you shouldn't be jealous of my parts, for I have never bought a castle set and have already used up all of my grey 1X2 bricks on this.
Once again, thanks for your feed back, its things like his that help me improve!
