A minifig scale Red Beech tree. Looks lovely in any castle garden.
About this creation
One of the large trees I created! This tree has spray painted leaves in dark red! A colour that some species of beeches have in summer time. (One could also think this is an autumn tree, but I designed it to be a summer tree, so it combines with all the other trees that have green leaves)

Please give your support at LEGO Cuusoo for this would be a really great set!

The leaves are clicked together with hinges so the shape of the whole tree can be altered.

Quoting Ben King Excellent tree! The color of the leaves makes it looks so cool, hopefully Lego will make that color some day.
Please support my CUUSOO project (http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/9173)! Then maybe they will someday! Tip: look for more odd coloured leaves at altBricks.com. I recently changed the painted leaves by dark red ones from that site.

one of the best trees i've seen here on MOC-pages... ! Even if you had paint the pieces in dark red, what is like a cheating! But that's O.k. - we're here for creativity ! Once i used waterpipes for plantes as pneumaitc-pipes for my Betty, cause they are much cheaper - and they fit as well... ;-)
