About this creation

Today a mayday call came in from a small single engined plane.

The pilot was having trouble with his engine.
Battalion 2 was alerted and stood by at the runway.

But after a few minutes, the plane started to wander off course and eventually dissapeared off radar.

After a few minutes StuddsVille dispatch recieved numerous calls that a plane crashed in central StuddsVille.

Battalion 1, Engine 13, Engine 14, Ladder 13, Rescue 5 and Tanker 1 were dispatched to the location.

When on scene it appeared that the plane attemted to make a emergency landing on the road, but one of its landing gear wheels got stuck in a manhole and the plane crashed in the middle of the road.

The pilot, who took off his seatbelts to escape the plane fast after landing, was ejected out of the plane, when it nosedived into the road.

SVEMS was alerted too, while the crew of Ladder 13 started to stabilised the pilot.

SOC Chief, HAZMAT and Ladder 23 where dispatched to the scene too.

And on the street was a small MVA, 1 person was transported to the hospital with a headwound, but was released later today.

The crews od Engine 13 and 14 closed off the sewer drains, and laid a foam blanket around the plane, to stop the spilled fluids of the plane from ignighting.

The crews of Rescue 5 and HAZMAT started to drain the fueltanks and resevoirs in the plane, dammed in and cleaned up the spill.

The crews of Ladder 23 stabilised the plane so it couldnt fall on the firefighters.

The pilot was rushed to hospital with multiple broken bones, but is reported to be in a stable condition.

When the crews cleaned up the leaked fluids, the plane was set on its remaining wheels, and was craned on a truck.

The wreckage was transported to the airport where FAA experts examined the plane.

The cause of the engine trouble is believed to be a mechanical failure.

Nu further injuries were reported.
