As technology advances the world of flight expands
About this creation
First of all; lots of credit to Will M. for the inspiration and design template. This new Vertical Takeoff and Landing vehicle is a predecessor of my first. This one has seen some extreme changes though. It is smaller, lighter, faster, and more fuel efficient!



Enlarge image 		   The new VToL is sleeker and better designed for speed and simplicity.



Enlarge image 		   The use of a rear air foil is an outdated but effective method of control, plus its a whole lot cheaper than rear stabilizers!



Enlarge image 		   The main power plant of the VToL resides within the fuselage and diverts power to two huge main turbines.

Enlarge image 		   On the tarmack the VToL takes about the same role as a small ultralite airplane would today. Landing gear inspired by Will M.



Enlarge image 		   The pilot now has the advantage of a 3D heads up display of all the vehicles flight data and functions.



Enlarge image 		   the turbines easily push the VToL off the ground and into the sky.



Enlarge image 		   Once at cruising speeds there is little that need be done to keep it in the air.

It's great, but don't get to thinkin' i love it. I think it needs at least a small wing span, then it's 5/5

Haha, nice! I'm glad one of my MOCs inspired something! The front landing gear is a neat addition, and the tail is pretty cool. An awesome MOC.
