Different professions of the Sar army.
About this creation
By the time Terra Nova was inventing and testing cybernetic limbs the Sar had already put it to some use in areas like construction. Eventually the military was given free use of the technology, and after an engineer designed limbs specifically for military use all soldiers were required to have some of their limbs replaced. Some even had their entire bodies replaced, but that's for another page.
I've had these done for awhile, but I just now felt like I was ready to post them. They're still not completely done, but I don't mind.

Commandos are the standard shock trooper of the Sar. Their arms are replaced by cybernetic replacements. They're trained in mid and close range combat, being equipped with a wrist laser, energy shield, 4 wrist rockets, and 4 implosion grenades.

Their armor is an alloy of two metals found in abundance in the Sar system, especially Sar III. It can withstand both bullet and laser shots up to a point at which its alloy is broken and the entire piece needs to be reforged.

Both male and female soldiers are admitted equally into the service. The armor is unisex and allows for a range of movement

Heavy weapons specialists, or Heavies, are trained in anti-vehicular and anti-fortification combat. Their arms are also replaced in order to recieve the recoil of their missile launchers.

The launcher is clip fed with two rounds and can either cause an explosion of plasma energy or an implosion of gravity. The blue stud is an implosion grenade.

All Heavies are trained in the effective use of a machine gun, and all squads are assigned one machine gun. It's designed to fire either lasers or bullets with extensive modification.

Pilots are trained in vehicular combat and specialized combat medication (although all soldiers are trained some in medication). Their legs and lower spine are replaced by cybernetic replacements designed to limit damage that a pilot can face with long hours standing or sitting at a vehicle's controls.

Their armor is specially made to provide more protection in the case of vehicle destruction.

All soldiers are trained in the use of the standard Sar hybrid rifle, but the pilots are the ones that use it most. It has a bayonet, folding stock and optional various scopes and underslung grenade launchers.

Snipers are trained in long range combat, scouting, and support. Their legs are also replaced in order to make them more mobile and able to still fire their rifle in the case of their legs failing.

They are sparsely armored to provide more mobility.

Their sniper is designed only to fire laser rounds, though solid variants exist, especially as anti-material rifles. The scope is mounted on the side to easily allow aiming with a helmet on and to make a smaller profile when aiming over cover.

Officers are given different colored pauldrons depending on their rank; yellow, red, or green. Lower ranking officers command the troops themselves while pauldroned troops either command from the rear or take off their pauldrons in order not to be specifically targeted.

Artem: The top of a minifig's hand is the same size as a regular LEGO stud. You just turn the hand sideways and stick the dish on there. Knightly Nik: Erm... did you check the credits for my Nova Refuge comics? If you will do so, you'll see that those characters were originally his. Anyway, Artyr, nice job! I don't believe I've seen the whole set together before. Nice decal gradients. They actually seem like they fit better in Nova Refuge to me now somehow, though that's one expensive army with cyborg limbs on everyone. Anyway, nice job! They look schweet. |

well i still dont get it,the disk doesnt fit in the hand.I think theres something blue in the disk that the hand holds to.. |
