Hybrid Rifle

The Sar standard rifle. It can fire both solid and energy rounds.
About this creation
The rifle design came about from tinkering with technic parts in an attempt to replicate paratrooper rifles. Of course the size doesn't give credance to that, but then again I didn't want it to be a paratrooper rifle.



Enlarge image 		   Here the nameless soldier models the hybrid rifle. He isn't final and I'll probably modify him soon.



Enlarge image 		   Sar helmets don't have eye openings. Instead, cameras mounted on the sides project an image onto an LCD on the inside, giving the soldier protection and even better vision, as the cameras can display night vision, infared, etc.



Enlarge image 		   The stock is foldable, and scopes can be mounted in this area.



Enlarge image 		   The clip is mounted on the side, just like some paratrooper rifles. The bayonet can be removed for an underslung grenade launcher.



Enlarge image 		   The cocking handle is large for easy cocking.



Enlarge image 		   To reload; tip the rifle on its right side and remove the clip,



Enlarge image 		   get a new clip,



Enlarge image 		   put the new clip in,



Enlarge image 		   and recock it!

Wow, nice gun, nice guy. It's kinda big though. Hey, check out my newest MOCs, they've got guns as well. Oh, the head is awesome by the way. And I like how you can actually do a lot of things with the gun.
