SMoT Round 2, Jacobi vs Akara the Great: Saint Jacobi Walker, Blue Lantern
"In fearful day, in raging night, With strong hearts full, our souls ignite, When all seems lost in the War of Light, Look to the stars- For hope burns bright!" - Oath of the Blue Lanterns
About this creation
Yep, here he is in all his glory! My main goal was to make Saint Walker, but still add some Jacobi characteristics, such as the mask. I really enjoyed making this, because I could finally use a collectible prop in one of my MOC's (ie, the blue power battery). I even waited until night to use special lighting (in the first pic)!

The topic was to make the MOC based off a real character. It had to be recognizable to the fan of said character. They didn't say everyone had to know who he was. At least DC fans can give me a good chance.

Yeah Chronos, your guesses were waaaay off!

On to the close ups!

Foot. Nothing really special.

Lower leg. Few greebles here and there.

Upper leg. Design (Well, that I've first seen on) of Gringat

Full front legs.

Full back legs.

Torso. I really loved how I greebled this (although I'm not really the one to use system greebles). And yes, I tried my best to get the symbol on there.

Back. And here you see yet another pair of Inika Piece

Upper arm. Even more greebles!

Lower arms. Not much to say.

That is not hair!

Posing. Picture based off the below photo.

Read description of the above (^^^) photo.

In comparison to HF and Inika builds. He's about 11 and a half (29.21 cm) tall. I'd show you, but the pic was too blurry.

Why is every MOC made for the SMoT so tall?
Ask the creator. And have you even seen Jordan?
Leave me out of this!
I heard that!

He has the ability to create constructs, as shown by these swords.

Come at me!

With his lantern
This is actually pretty proportionate to me.
Good luck Jacobi!

Fourth wall:
I apologize for any errors in the use of Saint Walker's personality and the powers of the ring. But do bear in mind, he does have part of Jacobi in him.

Up next, the Two Sides of a Coin!

I am not familiar with this character but you have recreated him very well and added some of your own flavour too. Great work and good luck.

Haha, you're right, I thought for some reason you said he was a Star Wars character! Anyway great job, I'll wait for Jacobi's entry to pass (unofficial) judgement, but the whole build looks nice. I must say, it really looks like Saint Walker. Can't wait for the upcoming two... One has a Volitak and one has a Hau, but that's all I can tell.

Great, you shaped the body, especially the torso very well. Great use of few d-blu pieces, I love what you did with the lower legs. Awesome greebling as well!

Nice one Akara! Never heard of saint walker before, but this MOC is very cool none the less!! I will be posting my entry tomorrow. Instead of a super hero from DC, it's from Marvel. ALL you guys will love him I'm sure

Well done! I like the overall build, looks very sleek and solid and I like how you did the original's white tentacle thing. Looks very accurate to both of the thinks you based it off of. I feel like making a Red lantern now.
