All right, these are my suggestions: First off, I like Gandalf except his staff, and he should wear Dark Grey (don't worry, I know the hat problems as I have them too) Also he should not wear gloves, Aragorn's face needs to be different, such as the one on the miller in the Village mill raid and his hair should be the prince of Persia hair or shoulder length brown also he should have the Anakin episode 3 torso, and no armor, Boromir should have a more serious face, though I like his hair color, The torso should be a dark blue or black robes, and his arms should be dark red. Merry's hair is good, but his torso should be more Hobbit like such as the one in the London chase set on the driver, His face is fine but I think the normal smile that looks like that would be better, Pippin's hair is too light, he should have brown hair, and like merry his torso should be different, Try the dark blue torso that comes on many city sets, Frodo should have bigger hair such as the Harry Potter hair, his face should be more serious, and his torso should be dark red, and hobbit like. Gimli's helmet should be silver and his beard should be orange, his torso should have chain mail, and he should have dark red arms and brown gloves, Both his axes are too big, but mainly the larger one. Sam's hair is ok, but his hair should be the one that is combed to the side, his face is perfect, but his torso needs to be more hobbit like, such as the Short Round torso, Legolas should not have that torso or legs because he does not have green, his legs should be dark grey and his torso should be brown with light grey arms, his face should be the Luke Skywalker episode 6 or the Obi-wan episode 1 face, I am very glad though that you used the elf hair. They actually don't, but ordering the same ones was first cheaper for me, and secondly a few other torsos I saw were not that accurate to the movies..
