MoCAthalon Team Intrepid. I arrived at the arena several hours before the tourniment began. None of my teammates had arrived yet. The harsh light in the tunnel seemed incredibly bright compared to the pink morning sky. The field wasn't set up, and a goal sat near the sidelines unattended. I strapped on my padding and picked up my areostick. The air was sweet and clear. I took a deep breath and imagined what the silent field would sound like when the spectators came. I smiled.
Sometimes a judge comes onto a MOC and sees it's already been judged with a lower score than they first thought it should be. So they think to themselves "Oh man, that judge totally gave a lower score....I should do the same so I don't look like I'm a crazed lunatic!". Well my friend, I AM a crazed lunatic and everyone knows it. Great luck for you, a lifelong affliction for me. This build is creative, simple, and expertly done. Score= 5.
Mr. The Bricks,
Excellent work! I enjoy judging tidy and clean entries like this one. All I can say is that I LOVE your lighting. The forced perspective I thought was slightly underplayed. Again, I love your presentation. Your Score: 3
