About this creation

Team ANZAC!

30. Bill Me Later
It's the American dream. Have 2.5 kids, a job you can't stand, a nagging wife, and enough debt to bury you for life. Being in debt doesn't stop you, and you just bought the ultimate thing you've always wanted and put it on credit. Show us what you just bought. Huge boat? Jet? Ginormous mansion? Make it extravagant playa...you have 0% interest for a year and didn't have to put any money down....so go all out!

The first image that sprang to mind when I saw this category was of something awesome and expensive that had just been delivered to working-class guy with his wife walking out of the working-class house, frowning, and this is what it turned into.

And if you're going to waste a bazillion bucks on something, what better than this?

"What? What do you mean, you made ANOTHER Bricklink order?"

"Don't worry dear...

"...it was just a small one."

For a fairly simple car, this took me much longer than it should have. I don't build cars much.

Go the ANZACs!

HAHA that's brilliant and so true :P I must confess all my Bricklink orders have a 100 dollar minimum... the pieces are too good to resist! Anyway great work ;)

Now that's my kind of frivolous spending spree! On the build, not real complex, but clean and well composed. Score of 3.

Haha, great idea and a very clean build to kick us off - nice work! :) I like the attention to detail in the interiors as well. The only thing i'd probably change would be the roofline - it might look better with an eave overhanging the porch a bit.

As an avid Bricklinker who orders something almost every week lately, I can totally appreciate this scene! LMAO Your build isn't too shabby either. I'm gonna give you an extra point for hitting close to home and originality, 'cause I can! Score= 4

Aside from this being funny as all get out, the build is also really good; you put a ton of effort into that house! Best of luck!
