CC-7727, nicknamed "Player", was the overall Commander of the 77th Airborne. Unlike most Commanders who began careers halfway through the war, Player began his career as an experimental Commander. He first saw action on Geonosis where he came across as being ruthless and overly independent. Shortly after the battle, Player was assigned to General Soru along with the four Commandos of Havoc Squad. Almost instantly Player's nature began to change and he soon became well liked amongst both Jedi and Clones alike.
Like the rest of the Command unit he took lessons in both combat and simple Jedi teachings from Harash Soru which ultimately resulted in him allowing Soru to escape Order 66 and his later leaving of the Empire.
"Accuracy means nothing when you can blow things up."

RC-7001, known as Heavy, was the weapons specialist of Havoc Squad. Heavy was a skilled fighter but was impulsive and believed the best way to deal with a problem was to shoot at it. Heavy was often made the subject of the joke amongst the Command unit but he was equally able to dish out jokes about the rest of the team, including Commander Player and General Soru. Despite the jokes Heavy was well liked amongst the team and was often responsible for maintaining the morale of the group during their long missions.
"Most important thing in a battle is to know where you are."

RC-3401, known as Nat, was the navigations and communications expert of Havoc Squad. Nat was a good soldier and developed a close friendship with fellow Commando Dax. Nat developed a strong dislike for Ventress after she came close to killing Dax on one occasion. Following the near tragic event, Nat approached General Soru and asked for duelling lessons. Soru agreed and began to train the entire unit in the art of Duelling. Nat quickly accustomed to the new weapon and became the most skilled duellist in the unit.
"I don't pretend to understand the Jedi. But I know they're a Force that you cannot beat."

RC-2608 nicknamed Dax, was the medic and computer expert of Havoc Squad. Dax developed a close friendship with fellow Commando Nat and the two were often described as inseparable. During his time with General Soru Dax developed a strong belief in the ways of the Jedi. He supported them fully and was overjoyed when Soru began teaching simple Jedi methods following a run in he had with the Dark Jedi Asajj Ventress.

RC-1907 nicknamed Scurry, was the sniper of Havoc Squad. Scurry was soon labelled one of the best shots in the GAR and was responsible for several assassinations of key Separatist figures. Scurry was much quieter compared to the rest of the 77th Command unit and was often teased by Heavy. When Scurry did speak however he would pull out jokes that would silence even the Commander. Scurry was well liked by all and had a deep respect for General Soru.
