About this creation
MOCathalon
Globetrotters
For the category Ars Historica.
During his brutal conquest of the known world, Genghis Khan sent ambassadors to the Khwarezmid Empire as a sign of peace and good will. Their leader Inalchuq, however, did not take kindly to the Mongols, and killed all of the ambassadors except one, to return to the great Khan with the insult.
Genghis was rightfully pissed off, and then proceeded to lay siege to Inalchuq's citadel.
Once he captured Inalchuq, he had his revenge by pouring molten silver down his ears and throat.

Genghis watching his will be done, with one of his hundreds of concubines ready to serve his every need.
With the MOCathalon deadline approaching, I may have sacrificed quality for speed on this one. Oh well.

Cool molten technique. The rest is pretty bare, and obviously rushed. You still have a week ya know?! Score= 3 |

You would make a good director: the pic really makes it. Nice build, I think perfection would just have been touched by adding a sacrifice-table (it was a tradition to exhibit such... err... custom ^^). Plus 3.000 minifigs full of anger (just kidding!). You made a good start, good luck with the others judges. |

Yeap, I think if you would have added a few more details this woulda pulled in some fives. Still an above average moc with a good story to back it up. 4 points. ~ Chris. |

These kinds of anecdotes - horrorfying accounts of history - really do make me wonder about humanity, but it's a great Moc! |

Very nice work! I live the half-stud steps. Have you ever read any of the Genghis Khan books by Conn Iggulden? I highly recommend them if you are into historical fiction or Genghis Khan. This scene is in one of the last books. |
