About this creation
This is the department shops. Pretty sad, eh? On the left there is the crane, and the building on the right is the office. It is built on top of the old railroad tracks. Joe Schmoe can be seen using the controls to operate the crane. In case you don't know what the Department Shops are, it's the garage where new rigs being delivered to the department are checked out and are outfitted with Bob Moe's custom axle springs and radio systems. Units already being used by the department and nearby departments get sent here to be worked on.
