About this creation
This is the New Goblin(A.K.A Harry Osborn), one of the 3 villains that Spider-Man fights in the 3rd movie. Harry thinks that Spider-Man killed his father, Norman Osborn, and finds out in the 2nd movie that Peter Parker, Harry's best friend, is Spider-Man. In the 3rd movie, he uses the formula that turns him into a super-human so he can kill Spider-Man.
